Patient Online Access

SystmOnline is a functionality that provides greater flexibility to our patients. It enables patients to order repeat prescriptions, prebook appointments, cancel appointments and complete questionnaires. To register for Systmonline please pop in to the surgery bringing with you proof of your identity. The surgery is working towards allowing you to have online access to your medical records. Our plan is to have this service available, through SystmOnline, by 31st March 2015. You will then be able to access and print summary information from your medical record. This is currently limited to medications, allergies and adverse reactions.

Named Accountable GP

From 1 April 2015, practices are required under the GMS contract to allocate a named accountable GP to all patients (including children). All patients registered at Neasham Road Surgery have been allocated a named GP who is responsible for patients’ overall care, however, this does not prevent you from seeing a GP of your preferred choice.

Patients are required to contact the practice on 01325 461128 if they wish to find out who their named allocated gp is.

Friends and Family Test

When you receive care at this GP practice, you will be given the opportunity to give your feedback by answering a simple question about your experience. results will provide a way for you to easily compare GP services so that you know where you and your family can get the best possible care. The information will also give the NHS invaluable information on what patients think of services, which can be used to help make improvements if required.

Disabled Access

We aim to provide disabled patients with appropiate wheelchair access to our surgery. The surgery is on ground level and there is a disabled toilet to the rear of the building which can be easily accessed. Entrance to the building and to and from the waiting room is accessed via push pad automatic doors. If you require any assistance in accessing the building please telephone the practice from outside on your arrival. If you are hard of hearing, partially or non-sighted, please inform the receptionist when making your appointment or on your arrival that you may need extra assistance. If access proves difficult to any of our disabled patients we would be happy to consider any suggestions for improvement.
