SWINE FLU VACCINATIONS

Swine Fu is a respiratory disease caused by a new strain of Influenza Virus. The seasonal Flu vaccines that are available dont protect you against Swine Flu, so a new vaccine has been developed.

We are currently vaccinating all patients aged from 6months-65years with a Chronic Long Term Health Condition.

Seasonal Flu Vaccinations are available for all patients with a Chronic Long term Health Condition and all patients aged 65+.

    Due a recent MMR outbreak, all patients are encouraged to have this vaccination. If you are unsure whether you have had one or not, please contact us.

    Our flu vaccination season is due to start shortly for all patients with a chronic disease. To find out if you qualify, please contact us.

    In one month alone from August - September 370 patients did not attend their appointments wasting clinicians valuable time. If you cannot make your appointment please contact us in good time.
