Please allow 48 hours for prescriptions to be processed and ready for collection.

There are various ways you can order your repeat prescriptions which are:

The Prescription line, between the hours of 2.00pm-4.00pm on 01325 240788

Complete a prescription request form which can be found on the reception desk, entering your name, address and the medication needed. Alternatively you can use the right hand side of your prescription (in white) and tick what you need.

Or if you would like to request your medication online you will need to contact us on 01325 461128 and request a username and password to log in online (please note this can take an hour to register) and follow this link where all your medications will be displayed:

Please note, all medications must be ordered early on Bank Holidays as the surgery will be closed.
