Welcome to neasham road surgery

minor surgery/freezer clinics

We offer a wide range of minor surgical procedures. Dr Byrne runs the Freezing Clinic where liquid nitrogen is used to treat warts and certain skin problems. Please discuss your problem with your usual doctor or our nurses.

We have a fully equipped treatment room with an autoclave, radio-surgery machine, adjustable couch and monitoring devices. We will do our best to put you at ease; we are skilled in the use of local anaesthetic and will ensure the procedure is as pain free as possible.
Please remember that most minor surgical procedures will leave a scar. We will do our best to minimise any scarring, but occasionally scarring can be unsightly.
Problems that can be treated include:
Warts & verrucae (although most will get better if left alone!)
Moles, spots, superficial blood vessels etc
Lumps and bumps, cysts etc
Ingrowing toe-nails
Varicose veins (injection or tying off)

Please note there are waiting lists for these procedures at our surgery, please call the receptionist on 01325 461128 and ask to make an appointment with your usual GP to make sure that surgery is the best route for you.
