Neasham road surgery defines a complaint as “an expression of dissatisfaction about care or treatment, requiring a considered Practice response”.

Complaints provide us with an opportunity to continuously improve our services to patients and service users.

  2. MMR Outbreak!
    Due a recent MMR outbreak, all patients are encouraged to have this vaccination. If you are unsure whether you have had one or not, please contact us.
  3. Flu Vaccinations
    Our flu vaccination season is due to start shortly for all patients with a chronic disease. To find out if you qualify, please contact us.
  4. DNA's
    In one month alone from August - September 370 patients did not attend their appointments wasting clinicians valuable time. If you cannot make your appointment please contact us in good time.
